Before beginning any work, attorney Jeanette Bowers Weaver always meets personally with clients to learn their needs and objectives and the challenges facing them. Based on her decades of experience in business and contract law, she makes recommendations and offers solutions tailored to fit each situation. 

Her approach ranges from one-on-one counseling for start-ups to a team approach that incorporates other necessary professionals (CPA’s, technical experts, etc.) in solving a client’s problem or advancing their litigation.  Her experience in corporate law, legal contracts and estate planning spans decades.

Jeanette has learned that some business owners prefer flat-fee arrangements that are predictable rather than hourly-based fee structures. She is happy to structure fees and services to meet client preferences.
